Kriss & Dpalm  review episode 14 of The Flash, Escape  Earth-2. We talk about how terrifying Zoom is even though we don't see him very often. Also the mystery behind who the man in the mask is trapped with Jesse & Barry. Is that the real Jay Garrick? And if so, who is the man that's been on Earth-1 making moves on Caitlyn and "helping" Barry? Was the goal the whole time to perfect Velocity-9?

I recently had the opportunity to chat with Johnathon Ervin who is running for the California State Senate. Ervin, a Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force Reserve, was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. Flint has become a national news story due to the water crisis they are suffering from due to failures from their politicians who are supposed to represent them. I talk with Ervin about the problems currently in Flint and how they can be traced back to a steady decline in the economy. We talk about how it is easy for communities like Flint to be forgotten about by politicians and how voters in these areas are disenfranchised. Ervin talks about his own district in California, District 21, and some of the issues he’s hoping to address and fix in order to avoid problems like in Flint.

You can learn more about Johnathon Ervin, his background and the issues he's running on in District 21 on his campaign website.

Kriss & Dpalm review Legends of Tomorrow episode 4, White Knights. The team infiltrates the Pentagon but runs into some issues because the team is still not a team. We get some insight into why Stein is so hard on Jackson and its a pretty good reason. Snart proves he's smooth not only with the ladies but with lifting wallets. Check out our full recap.

Kriss & Dpalm discuss episode 13 of Season 4, Sins of the Father. This season once again continues to consolidate the show more towards the Green Arrow. The great news is that Nyssa and Malcolm survive and can be used again. This episode also didn't drag out the issues between Felicity and her father. We also discuss why we hope the ending of this episode is another red herring about who is in the grave. Checkout our recap. Oh and we give our thoughts on the final Batman v Superman trailer.

On this Character Corner Dpalm and Kriss cover the Merc with the Mouth, Wade Wilson aka Deadpool. Deadpool is a unique character in that you can pretty much read anything with Deadpool in it. We have a ton of suggested reading for the character include a surprising "cameo" in a DC Comics book.

Issues: *All of these issues are on Marvel Unlimited except Superman/Batman Annual #1 obviously*

• New Mutants #98 - #100- First Appearance of Deadpool
• Deadpool (1997-2002) #1-#33- Joe Kelly run. First appearance of Blind Alfred
• Deadpool and Death Annual - Flashbacks to Wade's time in Weapon X & feud with Ajax/Francis. Also his love with Death
• Deadpool's Secret Secret Wars - the retelling of the 1984 Secret Wars with Deadpool as the hero
• Deadpool: Suicide Kings
• Cable & Deadpool
• Uncanny X-Force Volume 1
• A+X #8 - Hawkeye & Deadpool team up
• Agent X #1-7 & #13-15 - Gail Simone's first mainstream comic
• Superman/Batman Annual #1 - Yes...this is not a mistake. This is DC embracing the fact that Deadpool is a parody of Deathstroke. See an "alternate" Deathstroke who looks (and behaves) an awful lot like Deadpool

Kriss & Dpalm review Legends of Tomorrow episode 3, Blood Ties. This episode sees Snart trying to change a bit of his past as well as Rip Hunter & Sara trying to cut off Vandal Savage's money flow. We also get a scene with Atom straight out of the comic books. This show continues to be one big comic book. Give our recap a listen.
