I believe we all experience some kind of trauma in our lifetime. And it's often a tricky/taboo subject for some people. I wish to invite change in that, so that we can perhaps all heal a bit more over our traumas; small or large, from recently or many years ago.

Through her work as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, specialising in Matrescence, Annie saught professional education to become a certified counsellor specialising in the Birth to Rebirth of women's lives.
Outside of Annie's professional work, she is a Mother of 4 and a Grandmother to 1. She's been parenting for nearly 30 years and has gone through the full spectrum of parenting.
I love how Annie's wisdom oozes from her and she's is so f**king REAL.
