Today on the show I'm talking about hard decisions.
As the CEO of your business, it's all on you.
The decisions you make (or don't make), the clients you take on, the staff you hire, the software, the sales ... the everything. It's all on you. And what I've learnt is - that sometimes you need to get rid of a good things to make room for a great thing. Sometimes you have to make the decision that costs you. Sometimes you get really far down the wrong road, and you have to be ok with stepping backwards to leap forward.
But how do you know?
What's step one?
What's the filter we need in place to ensure there's bumpers on the bowling lane?
Listen in and let me know - what's the hardest decision you've had to make in your business so far?
If you can't think of one - it's ok - you'll be well prepared when it does.

Today on the podcast I’m joined by Sonja Leon to discuss finding your inner purpose.
Too many people just ‘do’ social media to ‘do social media'.
We think we ‘have to’ do IG or FB or reels, but the truth is, we don’t. Then once we do, ‘do it’ we wonder why we aren’t getting flocks of clients banging down our door to work with us.
So let’s take a moment to step back and discover why we should do social media at all, and how we can more than just ‘do it’ but leverage it.
In this episode, we spoke about empowering women, impact-driven business models, sharing your vision, and spreading your light in the world.
We discussed true and genuine connection, and how that is what is at the heart of really great business. And life.
We also talked about expectations. Expectations of our businesses of others, and of ourselves.
It was a complete joy to spend time with this absolute powerhouse of a woman who is so generous with her time, her wisdom, and her gifts.

In this episode, we spoke about Lynda’s story and the work she’s done throughout her career, as well as now in her non-profit.
We dove into how women can really find their voice, use their voice, most importantly, trust their voice. About how we can, and should open our mouths and hearts at the same time. And about providing value, and how if we do, then money never needs to be the focus.
We also explored confidence, decision-making, passion, and purpose.
Lynda embodies the epitome of running and living an Impact Business, and I cannot wait for you to hear her story and be inspired.

More is not the answer.
Why?
It’s difficult to scale a business that’s bulky and complex.
If you’re looking to move your business to the next level, it’s probably time to simplify.
Start with looking at each stage of your business.
How do you get in front of people?
How do you nurture them and let them get to know you?
How do you sell? How do your onboard and deliver - without a lot of friction and stress?
And how do you get active referrals?
Each of these areas needs to be streamlined. Founded in strategy, and built with systems.
Let’s dive into how to make that happen, so you have the agility to take your business wherever you want it to go!
