Here is a brief narration of a true experience. Being invited leaves you with a pleasant feeling but not receiving full details of the party, specifically related to the venue can leave one confused. Listen to Sahil's grief when he receives and invite from a buddy for a cocktail party but the friend skips sending him the location while all other friends receive the same. Was it intentional or a memory flaw ? Whatever be the  actual reason, it leaves a bitter taste.

In today's first episode of a totally new season 2, we are elated to share a diary entry from Sonu Yashraj, who is a professional content writer and a talented person who has not only worked exclusively on Government projects but also runs her  blogs and has gone on to author her own books. In the year 1989 I was a fresh graduate. Radio was the only mode of entertainment at home those days. We did not have a television back then. Listening to the radio provided so much entertainment that even today I reminisce the golden era of Bollywood songs I grew up listening to. Daddy would scan channels trying to search for Radio Ceylon which aired English music on weekends. Even the sounds of that the set made while streaming between frequencies was mesmerizing. I remember how long the set would take to heat up before actually playing a song and even after switching it off it would still play till the led lights faded out. From then on, radio and its charm has never dimmed in my life till today. I was lucky enough to be selected by All Indi Radio as a Casual Announcer and once again my dream came true of entering and being a part of the radio charisma. Vividhbharti was the only Indian channel playing music on Medium Wave. Music and TRP was so centralized. I used to read those little handwritten pale yellow post cards sent in from listeners from the 10:30 PM show called. "Apki Farmayish". Radi Duniya was and is still an enchanting world in itself ...for me at least. 

There are powerful people in everyone's lives who at some point or the other have a dynamic role in motivating or influencing us. These people play a part that is crucial in bringing about major changes in the kind of person we eventually become. We owe it to them. Rarely do we recall them or pay our gratitude to them. What would we have been or learnt from life had they not been a part of our journey. We need to acknowledge them and let them know what they mean to us or how they shaped our being and character. . . before it is too late. We can define the starting point but no one know where the race ends. In the rapid race to chaotic speed we follow to chase life and it's calling, we have overlooked or taken for granted people who are precious to us. 

In this episode, I could not have added many names because the list is really long and you may find it too boring to catch up with me. Hence, I decided to shortlist a few and share some vital highlights with you.

Just over 2 minutes long, this episode sums up the journey of my life and some people who came at the right time and added more than value to my life. I thank them from my heart, some of them arent alive today but they hold a very special spot in my heart and memories. 

This episode recalls how irritating our new neighbour was and how I found it rude to be blunt . Hence , I used another way to express what I had to say and thus conveyed my message . It was not direct revenge but can be called tit for tat.
