This episode explores what it's like to experience Mother's Day after losing your mom. A real conversation about grief, memory, and how relationships with our mothers continue to shape us even after they're gone.
Mother's Day hits different when your mom is gone.
In this episode of STREET TALK, Robyn & I discuss the loss of our mothers, which happened just two years apart. This isn't a polished conversation. It's honest, raw and real about what it means to keep going while carrying that kind of grief.
Mother's Day was started by Anna Jarvis after the death of her own mother. It was never meant to be commercial or performative. It was meant to be personal. A quiet honoring. A moment to sit with what your mother gave you and what her absence leaves behind.
If this day feels heavy for you, you're not alone. This one's for the people navigating love, memory, and grief all at the same time.

In this Bio Tuning meditation, we move through the heart, blood, and circulatory system as a living loop. Breath, pressure, flow and exchange are tracked in real time. The green garnet visualization anchors structure and direction, while the body reveals where patterns are holding, underpowering, or interrupting the cycle.
Blood is the river of the body. It's not just what it carries; it's how well it moves. The heart builds pressure, but pressure only works if it moves, distributes, and completes. Delivery, exchange, return, reset.
What repeats becomes structure. If the cycle completes, the system clears.

The sound quailty is not so good in this episode. I know what I did wrong but this discussion was too good not to post it.
Thank you for listening as I learn

This episode explores breath and digestion as one connected system. Through a guided Bio Tuning meditation inspired by the Dead Sea, you'll experience how support, pressure and rhythm restore the body's natural function whch I am calling FREE RANGE.
In the discussion we break down how the FREE AGENT patterns (Control, Lack, Sacrifice and Addiction) show up physically, disrupting breath, movement and completion. Meredith and I are not nutritionists. We are merely sharing our lived experience.
This isn't about fixing the body. This is about gaining more access.

In this guided bio-tuning meditation and discussion, we explore power without force through the body—specifically the adrenal glands and kidneys, where activation, control, and release live.
This is a reset for the patterns of pressure, urgency, overdrive running on control. The adrenals, designed for short bursts of activation, can become overused when we rely on force to move. The kidneys, responsible for filtering and release, can begin to hold what was never meant to stay.
Using the imagery of green rainforest medicine, we move through the body to support a return to natural rhythm. Activation doesn't become overdrive and what is not needed can be filtered and released. This process allows pressure to drop, restoring a more balanced state of movement, clarity, and flow.

In this guided bio-tuning meditation, we restore internal balance. This is a somatic reset for the places where overgiving, distorted empathy, over-absorption, and sacrifice have been held in the body.
Using the imagery of a serum of amber distilled moonlight, sunlight softened and reflected, we move this light through the liver. This process is designed to draw out what has been stored, clear distortion, and support the body's natural filtering and processing functions.
The return of the witness is a return to yourself, the truth and internal balance
This reset can bring things to the surface as the body starts to process and clear. You might notice shifts in energy, mood, or physical sensation. This is the system recalibrating. Stay simple with your care; drink water, rest, move your body, spend time in nature, and take a salt bath if that feels supportive.

In this guided bio-tuning meditation, we move through the body and nervous system to restore the frequency of enough. This is a somatic reset for the places where scarcity, control, overgiving, sacrifice, and old survival coding live in the body.
Using the imagery of a midnight blue gel moving through the brain, spine, organs, and nervous system, this meditation is designed to help clear distortion, stabilize your inner signal, and bring you back into a more coherent, present-based state of receiving, holding, and giving in balance.
And one real-life note: this recording is beautifully unedited. In the middle of the meditation, Meredith's cat Pluto came home after being gone for two days, and I left that moment in. Somehow, it felt like part of the medicine. A return. A reminder. A living example of what it means to come back into safety, home, and enough.
Thank you for listening. In a world full of noise and endless options, I don't take your time or presence lightly, and I'm truly grateful you're here.

In this episode Meredith & I explore how nervous system survival patterns like people-pleasing and self-sacrifice can keep the body stuck in stress and inflammation. A key part of healing is learning how to listen to and operate your own body's technology. Each body is unique, and learning to recognize its signals is part of reclaiming that role.
I also share a personal story I rarely talk about: my experience with cancer. While surgery and radiation removed the cancer cells, my deeper focus afterward became understanding the conditions that allow the body to remain in repair instead of survival.
The episode concludes with a guided bio-tuning meditation to calm the nervous system and visualize cellular and DNA repair while reconnecting with the body's innate intelligence.
This is a powerful meditation that can cause detox symptoms. Rest, take a salt bath, drink water and get in nature.

Most of what the world calls love isn't actually love, it's a negotiation built on fear. In A Course in Miracles, love is described as something radically different from the emotional contracts we usually experience. The ego creates what the Course calls special love (relationships built on need, control, sacrifice, or dependency). We look to another person to complete us, validate us, or stabilize our identity. But real love doesn't operate that way.
From a Free Agent perspective, love appears when the patterns of lack, control, sacrifice, and addiction fall away. What's left is two sovereign beings relating freely, without emotional debt. When love stops being medicine for our wounds, it becomes something much more powerful: a field of truth where both people are free to be exactly what they are.
In this Bio Tuning we upgrade the operating system (the body) to hold love: nervous system, the heart, the cells, the brain

Biofeedback usually means watching your heart rate or brainwaves and learning to change them. What Deepak is doing is different. That's why I refered to is as "New" Biofeedback.
He uses the human voice as the data stream. When you speak, your nervous system shows up as frequency, tone, and harmonic structure. His software analyzes that signal, identifies where stress patterns are suppressing the range, and then plays back matched tones to give the body a regulation cue. The idea is that the system hears what it's missing and completes the loop without you having to manage the process cognitively.

This episode is a biotuning meditation and conversation on completion energy.
Not the kind of "finish the task" energy we've been taught to chase, but the deeper kind the nervous system needs in order to reset. We'll work directly with the body and the prefrontal cortex, guiding stored loops toward a spiral of awareness, integration, and release.
Completion is what allows the system to exhale.
In this session, you'll learn how unfinished emotional and neurological patterns keep the PFC offline, and how gentle, somatic tuning can bring the brain back into choice, clarity, and presence.
This is not about pushing forward.
It's about letting something finally land.
So the next thing can begin.
