This episode kicks off a series of conversations between student Hannah Dutra and her music teachers: Ian Maguire, Meaghan O’Connor-Vince and Elijah Langille. When Hannah was recently assigned a research project in her English class, and as an exemplar music student, Hannah decided to dive into the topic of “World Music” and provide a contemporary dialogue on the outdated label.
