Music Medicine

In the last show of 2022, Music Medicine takes you on a journey through different levels of awareness, so you can better traverse the sometimes, choppy waters of seasonal get togethers.

With the help of new releases and old classics, from Pablo Fierro to PFM, Iszabel guides you to become more present, exploring the relationship with yourself, others and the world around in a practice called the M.E.S.A – Movement Energetics of Spacial Awareness.

Curious? Tune in to find out more.

There’s a whole heap of new releases in this month’s edition of Music Medicine alongside an exclusive sound healing session to chill out to.

Fresh beats come courtesy of Jamie XX, newcomer Defst, LF System and Schlepp Geist, whilst I layer live recordings of Crystal and Himalyan bowls over samples from Jonas Schilling and Ludovico Einaudi in the meditation mix.

Get up, get down, go in and let the music take you wherever you need to be.

With Halloween around the corner, or Samhain as my forefathers and mothers would have called it, I drop a special show to honour our ancestors.

With new releases from TSHA, Cameron and LSB and classics from Porangui, Jay Electronica and Polocorp, Music Medicine takes you back into the past so you may become more whole in the present.

This month, Music Medicine takes you on a journey through the Elements.

The Elements – Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether – are celebrated across cultures and belief systems. From the time of the ancient Greeks, they were the cornerstone of philosophy, science and medicine for over two thousand years.

Each element has particular qualities, which provide gateways for exploration.

Iszabel mixes music to take you into the grounding, nurturing essence of Earth, encourages you to let go and dream with Fire, start to heal and harmonise through Water, find lightness and freedom with Air and come back to the everything, and nothing, of Ether, getting you closer to yourself and the world around.

Lie back and contemplate, or get up and dance, your relationship with the Elements.
