I read novels to escape the sordidness of my reality aka my life but having read this book charges me with thousands of energy vitamins, energy drinks to face and live my life because my life is as exciting as reading novels. NO SCRATCH THAT. 

Unfortunately, when I was having a particularly bad week and was rather crabby, my husband thought I was employing some of the suggested techniques in this book. He had only read the title and nothing further, so he thought the book was teaching me to be a bitch and he'd love me more. He told me he didn't like what I was doing and should stop. I explained to him that the title is deceiving and it teaches women how to be more assertive in a relationship and not make a man feel like he's in shackles, NOT about being a bitch (which he just has to accept once a month whether he likes it or not).

Definition of the bitch in this book is : an independent strong woman !
