It is official the formal business press has recognized the Lordstown Motors Foxconn Partnership with a prediction that it will be a force in BEV Manufacturing. Great work Reuters, but, ah, this story is a year old actually.  This video covers this Breaking news item and adds supporting material from local sources in Ohio, including a quote from Mr. JACK CHENG, the head of MIH, at the Lordstown Plant made during the presentation of the IDEV protype, a BEV being developed by the partnership, that really sums this Foxconn BEV business plan in one sentence.   MXUX has been reporting this story the last year, and is the only present content creator that has covered LMC from the start. I am pleased to say this Reuters article has confirmed the information I have been presenting over that period. A recent great review from Coach Concepts of the LMC Endurance BEV Pick Up sent out a ripple that is turning into a tsunami. The reviewer mentioned that Lordstown Motors is presently working on six new models - BEV's - for retail customers - not fleets. I have been talking about the backlog of new vehicles that will be coming out of Foxconn Ohio - I have estimated a possible count of 30 new BEV models from various sources based on either the Endurance or MIH platform. The new partnership agreement (pending IMO - do your own DD) between Foxconn and Lordstown won't happen until the direct foreign investment funding it is approved by CIFS. Based on the now (replaced by the partnership) defunct JV agreement all of the vehicles mentioned here would have been distributed in North America - Canada - US - Mexico - by Lordstown Motors under their brand and by Foxconn Internationally under their brand, with Lordstown paying royalties. Under the defunct JV Lordstown did the engineering / program management BEV development and Foxconn would then take the tailored MIH based vehicle into mass production. I expect this to be the case again. My prior Videos / Podcasts provide a timeline for this - starting 2023 and really ramping in 2024 - anyway that is the felling right now. Lordstown Motors has a problem. For some reason, IMO a sluggish response from the EPA, LMC is couching the range number for the Endurance Battery Electric Pick Up Truck. They are using language like  "target" and "about" - essentially anything to avoid saying EPA Certified Range. Remember LMC.1 has an ongoing DOJ and SEC investigation. Although the current executive suite has nothing to do with this issue they are still under lawyer speak rules to avoid running into - yikes - jail time. I make a case here that the Endurance has significantly more range than the base levels of the Ford Lightning - especially in cold weather - ha. Is there a conspiracy here - foot dragging to damage the Endurance run at Truck of the Year? Uh - don't get me started. Anyway we are down to the wire on the Truck of the Year Decision - the only thing missing now is the Endurance Certified Range number - go figure. No acquisition, No take over, Hub IP Protected, Foxconn maintains continually 18% interest in LMC not to be sold or shorted. This information covered as well as new Endurance features that make it superior to the Ford F150 Lightning, A video packed with current information on Lordstown Motors and RIDE stock. U gotta see this - major news for the BEV industry.

With a goal of 5% of global BEV market share the LMC / Fox Partnership at the Fox US BEV North American Headquarters is "Moving Fast to gain market share" as per Foxconn's CEO instructions after the purchase of the Lordstown Ohio Facility. Starting in just a few weeks Customer - third party - Commercial ready BEV's will start rolling off the line in Ohio. Absolutely critical in this effort is Lordstown Motors, now a full partner with Foxconn in this plan to enter the global BEV market and stake a claim. This video will go over all the details presented in a little viewed local broadcast, actually an interview with a Fox spokesperson givig a tour for Taiwainese investors and media. A lot of BREAKING NEWS WAS MADE HERE and I will cover it all. This is all very bullish for RIDE stock - watch the video / PODCAST and see why.
