You might ask, "How can I fall asleep faster at night?" This is guided imagery to help you fall asleep and sleep well at night. It uses your mind, body, and spirit to help you sleep. The music designed for this video is gentle. Try to listen to this in bed just before you're ready to fall asleep. See if you can take this time to invite your imagination to help you sleep well by gently engaging yourself in this safe and easy process. All you have to do is relax, and let yourself listen. If you find your mind wandering, that's okay. You can gently guide it back to the sound of my voice. Trust that the guided imagery will work even when your mind wanders.
I walk you through steps for how to get over your fear of conflict, including a HACK that will allow you to stay calm during the conversation. I include an easy way to remember the conflict resolution steps. Finally, I explain why you're putting yourself in danger by avoiding conflict and what steps you can take to eliminate the fear of confrontation completely.
The conflict I'm talking about here isn't expressing simple disagreements or unpopular opinions here. I'm talking about how to resolve conflict that's associated with your anger, impatience, bitterness, or resentment towards the other person.

Did you know that the decisions we make are subconsciously motivated? If you're not sure of yourself, how might this affect the situations you find yourself in? Here's your chance to do something about it. These self-confidence affirmations are positive statements written in a way that can be accepted by your linear mind. They use original background music written to sync with the rhythm of your heart.
Use these positive affirmations to reprogram your mind for self-confidence and anxiety relief. I wrote these to help you loosen false beliefs, strengthen trust in yourself, overcome anxiety, and I also included what different personality types need to hear for love and acceptance of self.
Listen to them when you first wake up, before, during, or after taking a nap, or as you fall asleep at night. You don't need to be awake for them to work. Use them any time you feel like you need them. Try to listen more often when you start and then on an as-needed basis for maintenance. You can also try holding your hands together in a unique position (For example, loosely hold your left pinky finger between your right thumb and right index finger) when you listen and if you need to recall confidence any time during the day, you can signal this to the body by placing your hands in the same position as when you usually listen to these affirmations.
