Did you know that the decisions we make are subconsciously motivated? If you're not sure of yourself, how might this affect the situations you find yourself in? Here's your chance to do something about it. These self-confidence affirmations are positive statements written in a way that can be accepted by your linear mind. They use original background music written to sync with the rhythm of your heart.
Use these positive affirmations to reprogram your mind for self-confidence and anxiety relief. I wrote these to help you loosen false beliefs, strengthen trust in yourself, overcome anxiety, and I also included what different personality types need to hear for love and acceptance of self.
Listen to them when you first wake up, before, during, or after taking a nap, or as you fall asleep at night. You don't need to be awake for them to work. Use them any time you feel like you need them. Try to listen more often when you start and then on an as-needed basis for maintenance. You can also try holding your hands together in a unique position (For example, loosely hold your left pinky finger between your right thumb and right index finger) when you listen and if you need to recall confidence any time during the day, you can signal this to the body by placing your hands in the same position as when you usually listen to these affirmations.
