In this episode we are in part 2. of our Malibu open segments where we have the pleasure of interviewing one of the greatest water skiers in the world, Will Asher. He questions everything, he breaks through those plateaus that we all have, he is truly a master of the sport.

We went the the 2017 Malibu open hosted at Trophy Lakes in Johns Island, SC. We had an amazing time and caught up we a few amazing skiiers. April Coble Eller is the first interview. We discussed what it's like to be in business with family and how she doesn't demand respect from her employees, but she does ask them to be polite. She reminds us that respect is earned, but you can ask people to be polite.

In this episode, we talk about giving resources and how you don't know what you don't know. We also talk about the huge beetle and how it relates to irrational fear. We don't condemn each others irrational fear...but we sure do give each other a hard time!

We go into a little detail about what it was like for us to post our first episode, even though we felt like we may not be ready and the noise in our heads that came along with that. Also, we discuss one of our more trying and emotional days we had and how we got through that day without killing each other

In this episode, we started without being perfect because waiting for perfection would have taken to long! We decided to roll the first episode out anyways and we talk a little about what the show is going to be about and a sample of the situations we get ourselves into and how we get out of them.
