My Color Cave

A bit of a made up celebration the Inter-MEZZO (mez-oh) is between things, seasons, holidays, life & death played out in the party hall above Evaline’s home. A Feast of Fools of sorts before reality hits hard.  The next few episodes will reveal the past and future of Evaline & Edwin.

For now enjoy the Inter-MEZZO!

A moment in between scenes, a party in Evaline’s building. This is episode 5 in the ICED story, a bit quirky, playful and well needed warmth inside a cold winter.

In honor and respect for Volodymyr Zelenskyy, I crafted this story as another episode in the lives of Evaline & Edwin inside ICED.

In this time of sorrow, it is my way of dealing with the haunting images I see and the hopelessness I have felt so far away from that conflict. And it is my hope for a peaceful resolution.

Thank you Mich Li for the stunning image.

Thank you David Beard for the music, “Little Russian Dance” and “Russia Echoes”.

With the way of the world as it is, I’ve decided to record some of The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoevsky. The book of Rebellion and Ivan’s discussion with Alyosha about his haunting view of life and after. This is the start, just a section from chapter 3 as the brothers get acquainted. A few more episodes will conclude this presentation.

Episode 3 in the story of Edwin who now comes closer to his new love, Evaline. Together they spend a winded night as he discovers truths about this after life. Though playful and silly at times, she has an under soul that seems to have captured him completely.
