My Creative Days

Hello Friends!

Every year I fall in love with the 'blank slate' feel of our home after we put away Christmas decorations.

It's such a creative outlet for me to get organized and simplify our home after the holidays so I wanted to talk about different things I do to create calm spaces for my family and how you can use them.

Hello Friends!

Thrift store sticker shock is another topic that I thought we should discuss.

After Season 3 - Episode 1: Can Thrift Stores Do Better was released, the responses I received were great!   There are so many of you that agree and had some amazing ideas of how to solve the problem.

There were also a few of you that were really upset with me for sharing my thoughts.

I think today's topic is going to be another one that you will either love or hate.

Let me know in the comments your thoughts.

In this day and age, it can be hard to tell if you really LIKE something or if you feel like you need it just because it's trending.

It's important to know what your style is and remember that just because something is trending; if you don't love it, you don't need it. It won't make you happy, it won't fill that void for you.

Let's talk about how you can tell the difference and avoid it.
