From the very beginning, God created humanity to work. The apostle Paul knew how dangerous false teaching could be. After he planted churches and moved on to preach the Gospel elsewhere, deceptive teachers often followed behind him, spreading destructive doctrines. In Thessalonica, some even circulated a false message claiming that Jesus had already returned.
