Preparation for a move of God, an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, requires God’s people to engage and to cooperate with Him. Of course God is always ready to move, but we have a part to play. Tonight’s message outlines key principles related to our relationship with Him that will ready us for His current outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 12:3 says, "We have been given a measure of faith". We are expected to grow that faith with the Word of God. As we endeavor to do this, the nature of faith takes over and becomes a powerful force. Faith sees, faith speaks, faith acts, faith stands, faith rejoices, and faith rests.

When the road ahead is bumpy, we learn to walk by faith and not by sight. It looks like the season ahead is bumpy, but we don't have to walk alone. Like Enoch of old we can learn to walk with God and march into victory!

Growing up is not easy. In fact some people never seem to grow up and nothing is worse than aging without maturing. We are exhorted in the Word, that we should desire the pure milk of the Word, so that we can grow up (1 Peter 2:2). Today we will look at three categories of Christians, designated by John the apostle, according to their maturity levels.

From earliest times in the Bible, men and women who faced great challenges prayed and fasted. In New Testament times the Apostle Paul noted that he was "in fastings often". They knew the power of prayer and the secrets of fasting. Victories in life often don't come easy. Connecting with our heavenly Father in concerted prayer was never more needed than in our time. Today we review in depth what Jesus said and taught about prayer and fasting.
