I am competing in my first CrossFit competition this weekend. Outside of the Main series Crossfit Open and Quarterfinals which are online, complete on your own time events, this will be the first time I have competed with other teams alongside me and my partner Cole Fisher. I also talk about my approach to making my daily life as easy and happiness focused as possible, and I make a big announcement about my family!
