WELCOME TO EPISODE 100!  In this episode, we take a deeper dive into the data surrounding the covid-19 pandemic and compare that process to finding the KPI's (key performance indicators). You will see that the numbers, when broken down by different ages, etc speak volumes about the nature of the pandemic.  We learn how this compares to overall mortality rates of various sorts as well.  

Most importantly, we talked about how this all fits in with finding the areas of your business that ARE working to invest more there.  We also talked about the value of keeping all your data well organized.  Let's go!

In this episode we talked about some excellent sports analogies - especially as we get ready to start the 4th quarter of the year!  We talked about our purpose on this podcast and different scenarios surrounding my kids' development in sports.

In this episode, we shared about how my son Marcus broke his arm over the weekend.  We discussed that, although life isn't fair, we can work hard & smart, thus putting the odds in our favor.  We talked about immediately pivoting (as Marcus has) to continue to challenge one's self.
