This post results from an online follower requesting a sacred music recording. It is a compilation extracted from several services, and the quality of the recordings could be better. Nevertheless, the music offers heartfelt praise and honor to our heavenly Father. He measures our spirit, not our performance. We serve a majestic King who is worthy of all glory and thanksgiving. We pray this effort will be a blessing to many.

Our assembly has taken three years to return to a typical Saturday evening service after the pestilence labeled 19. The praise and worship was vibrant. Testimonies from Sister Polly, Brother Joe, and Sister Chan demonstrated the faith, hope, and endurance of taught people. Brother John delivered brief, challenging encouragement to saints from the word of God and recent lessons. We may live in perilous times, but Gospel Assembly (GTA) is prepared to endure all testing and trials in anticipation of the triumphant return of King Jesus to establish God’s Kingdom.

This compilation of sacred music is the result of requests from online followers. It has been pieced together from several services. The sound recording quality is not as perfect as we would like. A better recording is forthcoming. Please be patient.

What is important is that this music be lifted to our Heavenly Father from the heart. Our feelings and human assessment should not enter into the equation. We serve a majestic King worthy of all honor, glory, and praise. Let us enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise!

The Apostle Paul warned that the church would encounter ‘perilous times.’ He could not have envisioned it would be 2023! Compared to the enthusiasm of saints when Brother Singh first arrived in Canada 43 years ago, our love for God has severely diminished. Paul wrote: “For men shall be lovers of their own selves ... having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof…” (2 Timothy 3:1-5).  The great Apostle was not referring to the geo-political chaos of the world today, moral decay in society, or the threat of nuclear war. He spoke about Christ’s church and the malaise of people who claim to serve God.

The musical portion of our service today was devoted to songs of dedication. Worship is offered to give glory and praise to our heavenly Father.  Conversely, dedication implores God to help us serve Him better by infilling us with His Spirit. As elect children, we are still in the process of being converted. We may have come far from being blatantly lost sinners, but we are by no means perfected.

If we ignore the lessons our heavenly Father gives us, we become part of that group of whom Jesus said, “In vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

The saints of Gospel Assembly church, Mississauga, were privileged to have the saints in Vasai, India join us for communion service this Easter. One of the positive aspects of modern technology is sharing the gospel worldwide via the Internet.  Although the two cities have a 9.5-hour time difference, they scheduled their service to coincide with ours.  Brother and Sister Singh have visited the Vasai assembly on two occasions and have been welcomed by the elect of God, eager to serve God in truth and Spirit.
