It's the month of love, and for my single individuals out there, that can mean feeling all sorts of different things. In 2022, I went on a single season, and this is my honest and raw review of it. Remember- choose you for you.

AHHH!! Our first guest episode! Today I am talking with my dad about building responsibility and becoming a productive adult in society!

How are we all doing on those goals we set a couple weeks ago? Almost half of people who set goals never reach them, be apart of the half that does. Today we are talking about how to un-slump, stay focused, and achieve what we set out to do!

Sucess is something we all hope to achieve, so can we?

HAPPY SEASON 2!!!! We are kicking off season 2 and 2023 with asking more of ourselves, and making this the best year ever. Cheers to succeess and happiness all year long.

WE MADE IT TO THE END OF SEASON 1 OF MY JAY TALK!!!!!!! I am so blessed to have talked with you all this year, and what better way to sum it all up than doing a year in review? 2022 was stellar, bring on 2023!

Some of them have had their own episodes, and some of them have been discussions between me and friends. Today I am ranking all 18 books I read during this year (yes, I hit my goal of 12 books that I mentioned so many times this season).

WE LOVE A GOOD STORYTIME EPISODE! I wanted to have some fun today, and share with you guys some stories that altered my brain chemistry (yes like the TikTok trend). 

In the upcoming weeks, I challenge you to define the expectations you have for your life and chase after them with all you have. I also challenge you to drop the expectations of others and stop trying to please people who shouldn't have a say in what you should be.

Today we are getting our planning caps on and starting to build our future plans for the upcoming new year!
