In this episode, we talk about how you can be a better bystander to another person's grief. I talk about three stories, each with tips for what you can do and what you can say when someone you know or love is going through loss or grief. We often find ourselves in a place of discomfort, and it's important to know what you can do when you don't know what to do.
I'd like to add a P.S. to this episode. I have been receiving messages from others this week checking in on me as the bystander. It's an important reminder to me to also check in with other bystanders and remember that you are part of a community...a bigger whole. Help each other through tough times. I also want to say that by me saying that by doing something you need to recognize that is about you, not the person experiencing grief, I don't mean that in a selfish way. I'm encouraging you to do the things you need to do to be ok so that you can be a better and stronger support system for your friend or family member because it can help take away the discomfort of not knowing what to do. Please comment your thoughts and ideas on this topic.
In this episode, I share one of the exercises the Oola guru, Troy Amdahl, does every year on his birthday, and the significance of the numbers 7 and 3. I recorded this episode with no music, please comment and let me know if you prefer music with the episodes or not as I want to make these episodes enjoyable for you to listen to!

Let's talk about stillness...when it's time to be still and when it's time to rise and take action. In this episode, I talk about a contest I had with the bunny who frequents my back yard and what I learned. We'll discuss Truine Theory and how "reptile" brain could be affecting you right now.
In this episode, I tell a little of my story...about a time of low self worth and self sabotage, how I found Oola, and a little bit about what Oola is. We explore what's at your "HUB" - the center of your identity and who you are. I fill you in on the 4 pillars that represent my HUB, and an affirmation I use daily to remind myself that I am NOT Vanilla Ice Cream...and honestly, even if I were...Vanilla Ice Cream is GREAT!!!
We are always asked from a very young age what we want to BE when we grow up. In this episode, we talk about finding your purpose.
