Have you ever been so sure of your purpose in life? Did you always feel like you knew what your plan was and then all of sudden in one way or another things just…changed? Now what would life be like if it didn’t include learning how to adapt when changing the course. This period in time has been an uphill battle with change, adaptation, and uncertainty. The reality is, these days nothing is certain and for some of us that has really taken a tole on our mental health. I had tons of short term and long term goals, some were even finally taking off right before the end of 2019. I had it all planned out and I was well on my way! However, that changed in many different ways and I would be lying if I didn’t say a lot of this time has made me feel unmotivated and often lost. Join me in this episode where I dive into the realities of change during uncertain times. It can be a scary place to be in and sometimes we even find ourselves questioning our entire purpose. It is okay if holding onto your ‘why’ while you do what you have to do to get by is all you can do right now. The world has a crazy way of redirecting our focus and plans for all the right reasons but we don’t always have to feel optimistic about the process.

Hi everyone, welcome to the very first episode of 2021! I hope you were able to ease your way into your year. If you haven’t been able to jumpstart your year in the way you’ve hoped…that’s okay too. 2020 becoming 2021 at the strike of 12:00 does not mean all that you experienced last year magically becomes irrelevant today. There are still 360 something days left within the year. Go at your pace to be all that you are destined to be...unapologetically. In this week’s episode we dig into the fact that everything you wish you could be, is already within you and all that you are. I know…here we go with another cliche right? But here me out on this one! In episode 04: “The Art of Stillness and Solitude”, we talked about the art of being alone and still and how it can help us see the entire world that lives within us including the strength and power within us as well. In this week’s episode, I share with you the alter ego that has existed within me for many years as a dancer and how it took me many years to realize that this alternative personality always emulated many things that my “highest self” has always been. We’ll go further into breaking down this entire concept and the fact that it all exists within you too. This week I have attached show notes that include and reveal who my amazing life coach was back in 2018! We talk about the many incredible, life changing things that she passed down to me and so I felt it only right to attach her contact should you ever feel called to work with her one day too! I wouldn’t be where I am without her guidance today so I hope you enjoy this episode and all that has been achieved to create it!

How many times have you either heard or said: “I wish I was that creative!”??? I let you in on a little secret in this episode about creativity and the self. Whether you label yourself as creative or feel you have troubles being creative, whether you are a creative artist professionally or recreationally, we dive into the beauty of how creativity and life as a child are very similar. We also touch upon the concept of inner child work, and my own personal experiences learning how to apply it to life. As we grow older we become so conditioned to disregard the importance in being playful, imaginative and creative. I’m here to remind you that it’s okay to take a second and do so. There is no rule book to being creative and (spoiler alert): you can find it within! Join me in this weeks episode as we try to make sense of this all!
