John Safran wears many hats; author, television host, person who enjoys ruffling more than a few jimmies. In this episode of My Mixtape, John takes the concept and turns it straight on it's head, diving deep into the world of Morrissey. Between his solo work, and his work with The Smiths, John Safran and Joshua Redbeard try to get to the bottom of Morrissey's political leanings through music.

Marcus Bridge's voice is unmistakeable. Equal parts beauty and venom, he's made himself truly an integral part of the machine that is Northlane, but his musical depths go far beyond metal. Marcus took the time to share stories of his youth and his experiences with his family, and I am truly thankful for the experience.
