My Social Life: How Content Creators Grow on YouTube & TikTok

Today on the podcast we are joined by comedy legend Tom Dreesen. Tom has been in show business for over 50 years, made over 500 national TV appearances including 61 on the Tonight Show (50 with Carson, 11 with Leno). If you’re a comedian today and you get paid for gigs, you can thank Tom and his involvement in Comedians for Compensation back in the 70s for that. On top of all of this, Tom toured as Frank Sinatra’s opening act for 13 years. His book, Still Standing...: My Journey from Streets and Saloons to the Stage, and Sinatra” is available now and you can get it on Amazon.com. I am very excited to have Tom with us here today to discuss his story from a 7 year old boy shining shoes in saloons in Harvey, Illinois with Frank Sinatra playing on the jukebox to being one of the pallbearers at Frank’s funeral.
