A question I get a LOT is how I do my annual goalsetting, so in this week’s episode I step you through it.

Goalsetting is SO MUCH MORE than rattling off a few achievements you want to make happen.  To really get the most out of it, it should be a structured process that includes reflection, holistic thinking, and specific actions that will get you that critical momentum.
