This past weekend at the Go Wild conference in Austin I heard a lot of inspirational ideas and advice. Heidi Swapp was amazing, and she talked a lot about the importance of documenting our lives for our children, so they can feel our love and have those key images to trigger memories. That hit me hard, perhaps because I am awful at that.

Today I am talking about my struggles with body image and my complete avoidance of being captured in a photo. I don't promise to have answers, but I thought it might help some of you to share how I am fighting some pretty intense negative feelings towards myself.
