Things didn't go as planned since the last podcast, so I just give a quick update on how things are going for me back at work. I talk about how a high-profile free agent signing threw a wrench into my plans to do a podcast interview this weekend, how work has been great despite fatigue, how important a simple half-hour appointment with my psychologist was so impactful and I hold my own feet to the fire about how I need to get involved in mental health group support meetings as a next step in my efforts to become a peer support worker.
