In today's episode, I go on another rant/tirade or what I like to call it, a downward spiral of thought, about Toxic Feminine and Masculine traits and how I feel about them. These are my personal opinions and should be viewed as such. I did want to talk about this, and just put myself out there about something that I think is serious. Hopefully I help in creating conversation and would like to talk about this with you guys. Just tweet at me, or DM my twitter @MyThoughtJourn2.

Guess who procrastinated again? Yep. Anyway, I decided to jump back on the Mental Health train that I started on and talk about Dissociative Amnesia, or DA for short. I hope that this finds you well. I am NOT a Mental Health Professional, and am NOT qualified to give advice and/or any diagnoses, so take my Google findings with a grain of salt. But, like always, Stay Safe and Stay Healthy. Have a great rest of your day/night!
