In the Bad Batch episode 9 we finally learn that Omega is Boba Fett's twin sister. A direct clone of Jango Fett. Her only mutation as per the 5 mutated clones in the show, is that she was born as a female. I believe she has other abilities as well, which I assume we'll learn about soon enough.
