  • Trump: Savior to the Common Man / (or a Necessary Evil)

With Trump out of office, inflation has ballooned in our economy and the cost of goods and services has skyrocketed. Tens of millions of working-class Americans are taking a direct hit and will continue to suffer. There are more factors at play here than just the president, but that is a factor.

In this video, I’ll talk about how Donald Trump was a necessary evil that brought many problems when he was elected but kept America’s best interest at heart, and foreign agendas at a minimum on our soil.

Whether you’re a MAGA Supporter or a Never Trump Advocate, I want you to know that this is a safe space to share your thoughts and learn from each other’s perspectives.

  • Historical Negationism: The Problem with Racism in America

America is now a melting pot of race, culture, and religion. But did you know that there was a period in history when America had a very racist culture and either enslaved or inflicted genocide upon its neighbors?

Not all history and war crimes are taught in schools. This is why Historical Negationism, or denial of history, is bound to happen. It’s a growing problem in America.

In this video, I’ll talk about how Critical Race Theory is banned to prevent young white Americans and white people in general from learning about our country’s deplorable past. I’ll also discuss how this move affects their education.

  • The Problem with the WNBA and Why it’s Terrible

In 1996, the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) was founded as a female counterpart to the National Basketball Association (NBA). Both are managed by the NBA, but the WNBA is not making any money. The league is even causing the NBA to hemorrhage $10 million a year. What’s the problem?

WNBA players have wage gaps and are paid pennies compared to their male counterparts, which sparks a debate about gender equality. But it’s not that simple.

In this video, we’ll tackle the reasons why the WNBA has been losing money since its inception and the most obvious solution to that problem.

  • The Auto Industry’s Capitalism: Why America Has No Bullet Trains

High-speed trains were rendered obsolete in 1958– and there comes the Interstate Highway System. Instead of investing in bullet trains, America promotes auto-dependent development that essentially outsources a major cost to fuel. As America’s population kept on growing so does the infrastructures needed to house all the vehicles produced by the auto industry. As the auto industry’s capitalism grew the possibility of investing in bullet trains kept on receding.

And now as America struggles with oil dependency and environmental problems, plus the fact that they have traffic problems (causing them to be dependent on airways). It’s now a heated discussion as to why America does not have bullet trains and if it will ever have one in the future. Due to this America’s misconception of High-speed railways had been a heated discussion.

In this video, we will discuss how the auto industry’s capitalism could be the reason why America will never be able to invest in High-speed railways. And whether America would be better with bullet trains.

  • Obesity in America: How American Culture Promotes Obesity

America’s ongoing problem with the Obesity Epidemic, according to studies by 2030 almost half of US adults will be classified as obese. Though there are a lot of common factors around the world as to why there is an obesity problem, how does American culture promotes obesity, and will there be an end to it?

Americans have been getting bigger over the past 150 years, and now more than ever the rapid growth keeps creeping up. Current trends and US standards mislead overweight and obese youth into believing that their body is normal even when it is not. Today, in America the unhealthiest food seems to be the tastiest one, and most of the time is way cheaper than the healthier options. While obesity problems soar up, food portions seem to keep up. Americans had been enjoying large portions, especially their meat consumption.

While all these add to the factors of obesity problems, the rise of technology and social media walk their way through. More and more of them stay-at-home technology makes life easier and ordering food faster. All while social media campaigns promote the body positivity movement, advocating for all body sizes. Creating an argument as to how it is “promoting obesity” in disguise.

In this video, we will talk about how American culture all throughout promotes obesity, and how this problem has been passed down through practices and heredity. Are Americans promoting obesity and will they ever put an end to this?

  • DONALD TRUMP & HIS RECORD OF UNCHARGED CRIMES

Even though Trump news has died down in the past two years, many still can’t shake his influence off, and he remains relevant even today.

One such political news shows that Donald Trump was hiding and storing otherwise classified documents in his possession even though he has no authority to keep them. Trump even suggested that they were planted evidence and were framing him for the crime.

In this video, I’ll talk about how in politics, Trump keeps getting away with everything and how his privilege grants him immunity to such acts. Do you think the US should hold Trump accountable for his actions? Let me know in the comments section below!

  • Mass Shooting: An American Epidemic

In 2020, the country saw a spike in mass shootings. Statistics show that approximately 124 people lose their lives to gun violence every day in America. Even more shocking is that 12 of those 124 are children.

Those numbers continue to rise. The question is, why do 90 percent of all mass shootings happen in the US? That’s a huge number to consider. You’re five times less likely to die from drowning than a gunshot in this country.

In this video, I’ll talk about why gun violence is the leading cause of death among children and teens in America. As well as how the underlying problems causing it are rotten to the core.

  • Embarrassing America: The Capitol Riots

On January 6, 2021, supporters of former President Trump stormed Congress in a bid to violently protest against President Biden’s election victory in what was known as the January 6 United States Capitol Attack.

Over ten thousand people stormed onto the capitol grounds, with over a fifth forcing their way into the Senate Chambers. What’s confusing is that many people from all walks of life are still not held accountable for their crimes.

In this video, I’ll talk about how Americans can make anything political and how that ideology can be regarded as an embarrassment that makes me cringe at being American.

  • Non-Racist White People MUST be so Uncomfortable in America

Here in the United States, you might think racism only involves the oppressor and the oppressed. But as the world continues to sort out racial equality, we realize the rampant cycle of oppression is powered by ideas of white supremacy, imbalanced privileges, and other less obvious causes.

Yes, the age-old problem of racism is still prevalent in our unique political climate and most aspects of society. We’re still learning to be better people. One of the things we had to face is the fact that we must defeat systemic racism—racism embedded as normal practice in institutions like education and law enforcement, to see real change. We've got to continually work toward equality for all ethnic groups while striving to undo racism in our minds, our personal environments, and the wider world.

When we can see things from the perspective of the oppressed—maybe then we’ll understand why it’s not enough to just be “non-racist” in this country.

In this video, we’ll talk about how non-racist white people have it rough living in America, and why that discomfort may not disappear anytime soon.

  • How Gender Equality Could Alienate Men In The Future

The concept of gender equality has gained momentum in recent years. It’s something we should all strive to achieve. However, hidden agendas within the movement might ironically lead to gender inequality.

The movement may inadvertently place men at a lower societal standing rather than making men and women equal. Twisting and cherry-picking statistics to align with a predetermined agenda puts men at risk.

In this video, I’ll talk about how gender equality is being misrepresented, and how that may cause problems in the long run.
