Lisa Gornall is a Spiritual Medium, Reiki Master, Mindset Energy Coach and Author of the books Energy Wellness: My Guide to Balanced Relationships; Energy Balance: My Guide to Transformation; and In Light and Love: My Guide to Balance. I've asked her to tell some stories about clearing dark energies, such as shadow people or beings that seem to feed off the energy of humans.  There's not a lot of practitioners doing this kind of work because they are scared to (I am one of those practitioners who do this work well). She discusses how utilizing white light and harnessing Reiki energy has protected her and cleared out entities from people and locations.  She also guides listeners in a 5 minute white light activation and meditation near the end of the episode.

Sunbow Truebrother is an author, networker, international speaker and shamanic practitioner with four decades of experience in shamanic journeys and teachings in over 20 countries. He has learned and worked with Native Elders from dozens of nations of the Americas and Australia. These teachings and experiences have led him to connect with interdimensional guides such as ancestors, animal spirits, the Sasquatch and Star Elders.

Sunbow turns down a lot of interviews on podcasts so I was honored that he decided to tell his story here.  I read his series of books called Sasquatch Message to Humanity several years ago and really enjoyed them. In 1991, Sunbow encountered a Sasquatch while conducting a vision quest as a young man.  38 years later he goes to the same location in order to connect with that Sasquatch and not only does he show up, but the entire Sasquatch clan does too!
