The coronavirus pandemic has altered the way collegiate athletics departments operate, and that includes the hiring process. Two recent Division I searches were completed digitally, entirely via Zoom, starting with the first round of interviews and even replacing finalist meetings on-site. In this session, Jeff Schemmel (College Sports Solutions), Dan Walters (Buffkin / Baker), Jane Conoley (California State University, Long Beach) and John Hartwell (Utah State University) discuss the successful digital searches they were involved in and how this process can be adapted to other institutions in the future.
