Naked And Noisy: Manifestation Tools For The Professional Woman

I'm not a superficial woman. Purpose is at the root of everything in my life: from the money I make, to the work that I do, and the relationships I build. As I sat and prayed on a solution to the pattern in my romantic relationships where I attract men who cheat... I was given a powerful realization that gave me next level clarity around what I want in a man.

Long story short: I require a man who requires depth. I need a man who requires personal reflection and prefers intimate conversation. I need a man who is emotionally available. This means he's emotionally open, and he values deep connection where he is seen and felt on a soul level. I require a man who wants to be safe with me, like I want to be safe with him. To that kind of person, casual sex is not an option. To that kind of person, cheating is not an option. I know this... because I am that kind of person. I don't do anything superficial. I'm repulsed by superficial shit. So, my personal love mindset work looks like manifesting the man who wants depth, like me. I will keep you updated, of course.

As MLK Jr. Day comes to an end... it's only right to share an episode I recoreded recently about... the beauty of being black, and my growing reverence for my people's history and culture.

I also share the... frustrations that come with living in a world where my rich culture and history is watered down and copied and disrespected. Long story short, to the nonblack people of tiktok, in my Kendrick Lamar voice, "We don't wanna see you posting videos that use the word 'n*gga' no more!"

We're talking about black music, black art, black magick, and black history... and how your capacity to consume (any) art is impacted by your knowledge and understanding of the complex culture it's originating from.

In a world where everyone is pushing the "girl's girl" narrative... refusing to compete with other women can actually just look like backing down and fading into the crowd.

Best means, "excelling all others." To be the best is to stand out. To be the best is to be better by comparison. It is NOT a crime to be the best option in your career or romantic life.

The best woman gets to negotiate the best deal. The best woman gets exactly what she's asking for. The best woman gets to hold requirements for what it takes to be in her life, and in her world. And the best woman obviously attracts people who eagerly make sure those requirements are met.

My controversial, hot take: it's okay to compete against other women— and the key to reaching your next level of career and romance is in your willingness to compete, and win. And of course, there's an important difference between healthy competition and abuse. So we talk about that first.

Competition isn't the problem. Sabotaging and behaving unethically is the problem. Ignoring and leaving your own insecurities unhealed, while you harp on the flaws of someone else is the problem. Competition isn't the problem. Competition is good. And if others weren't willing to risk losing, then they wouldn't have chosen to step into the arena.

There are billions of women on this planet. But you are the woman to watch. You are the woman to hire. You are the woman to propose to. You are the woman to build a life with. This episode is damn good. Enjoy.

Healing the experience of "I'm unwanted and rejected" in love/career isn't about tapping into the energy of being wanted and accepted.

Underneath the story that you're "unwanted" is the self concept that you're not good enough. that you're not the woman who stands out. that you're not the best.

In 2026, being highly sought after is about being the HBIC. It's time to heal your relationship with being seen and being #1. In your reality, you should never be coming in second place. You should never be looking at other people and telling the story that they're better, or more worthy than you.
