Let's look at creation as a way of self exploration. Practice attaching to the intention instead of the outcome
Know how damn unique you are and share how you evolve as you grow and shift instead of wanting things to be perfect right out in the get go.
Action item for this episode is to voice your affirmations, voice the things you want to embody that makes you feel your confidence.

š An episode where I rambled and talked about things I learned this week. Recorded this during retrograde... don't know much about retrogrades but definitely feeling some waves within.

Learning my own triggers, diving deeper, understanding what lies beneath & finding the root of the emotions to better heal.
An awareness to remind myself and to keep is to practice setting a gap between trigger and response...
Being triggered is a part of the human mechanism but how we respond is another thing.
I also shared how I experience "jealousy", how it made me want to behave and I would love to hear HOW & WHEN you experience or feel these feelings or chunks of hollowness within with someone you deeply care about.
Action Item:
- Write down your triggers
- Try to observe them from a 3rd person's perspective
- What's the root of this? Is there a deeper layer behind this trigger?
- What are some ways you can better heal your responses?

These voices came up today, after thinking of going to this networking event that I want to join.
And I noticed the voices starting to crawl under my skin, debilitating my confidence,
I started doubting my own abilities.
Then I find my rational mind coming up with reasons as to why I shouldnāt do the things, why I should just default to comfort,
āyou donāt have timeā,
āitās too farā,
āyou donāt have something big enough establishedā
Some similar stupid shit
Same thought came up the other day when I wanted to hold a marketing workshop.
My mind started telling me, what is it that I have to offer?
Had a talk with a friend to help me step out of fighting with my own voices, so here's a reminder to you that you are not your thoughts.
and here are 3 steps to start dancing with them instead of letting them debilitate your confidence.

Wrote this episode exploring this question myself.. I saw what my friend shared through social media and how he's created experiences to bring people to collaborate & I started having this feeling of being behind, not being where I want to be, not knowing wtf I'm doing..., voices started trickling in..

I remember feeling this feeling of competing with time back in 2017 when I was just 17
And I hope by sharing this, this helps us all to think about what we can CREATE and being aware of our own emotions.

12 Lessons Iāve Learned The Past 12 Months (2021)
This is inspired by Jay Shetty's Podcast "On Purpose" where he reflected on his top 12 lessons he's learned the past 12 month, and I thought might as well reflect on mine too! Ended up writing out 20 ish and picked 12.

The more control we have within ourselves, the less we will be controlled by others
