I got NAKED with Garth Voisin of the Dear Men Project. Our convo (and pardon the shitty audio) is really about understanding men rather than applying a label to them which we both believe contributed to the ills we experience in our society today. We attempted to take a journey back to what the cause is, as we all know about cause and effect.

All Men are...what?! 

They are many things, but I like to say, human! Just like any of us women, men have their insecurities, their background that has shaped their minds and many other matters to confront...oftentimes not having the support or outlet to do so.

This Episode is dedicated to My Mom Celia Griffith and ALL cancer Warriors who are still with us and who have transitioned.

 - My first guest, Michelle Hart, is a breast cancer survivor and advocate of health and wellness. She shares her story with us from (00:04:30) and is celebrating her 10th anniversary of kicking cancer's ass.

 - My friend from BIM, Tamesha Toussaint, shares her journey from a different perspective (00:26:50) as she recounts her experience as a care giver to her Mom who was diagnosed with breast cancer.

 - The Ayana S Dyette Foundation for cervical cancer was founded in 2019 following the passing of national volleyballer, Ayanna Dyette. Her niece, Paige Ribeiro-Agard is co-founder of the foundation and shares with us (00:59:24) her experience when she got the call whilst away at University about her Aunt and how the family rallied together to weather the storm.

My guest, Kaylan Bartholomew, and I chatted about our experiences on our individual journeys through spirituality and what it means to us.

Kaylan is a Health Coach and advocate of fueling the Body-Mind-Spirit combination for a healthy life. Our discussion was about religion and spirituality and each individual knowing what their experience in developing a relationship with God involves.

Be still and listen to that inner voice that guides you, appreciate every experience because they all create who you are and who God is to YOU!!!

I chatted with Health Coach - Kaylan Bartholomew of Spirited Natural (check her out on FB and IG), about mindfulness. 

Kaylan operates a successful programme titled 'Revive, Renew, Restore' in which I had the opportunity to be a part of, through her graciousness. This programme was for 21 days in which you detox and cleanse the body.

In 21 days I felt better, but more importantly my mindset was redirected. 

Mindfulness, is such an important aspect of our lives, especially in these times, and I hope this episode helps you to get into that space!!
