Ariel Bonkoski is a self-taught mushroom identification expert who resides in Duluth, Minnesota. She has studied fungi since 2016 and is now one of North America's most active mushroom identifiers. 

Appalachian Ash is a skilled forager, cultivator, and mushroom chef from the heart of Appalachia. Her culinary expertise and passion for wild foods earned her the top spot in the 2024 NAMA Chopped-style Recipe Contest.

The MycoMommas are a dynamic duo of mushroom cultivators and preservation experts who specialize in innovative methods for freeze-drying and preserving fungi. 

Happi Hyphae is an Ohio-based cultivator known for his expertise in growing exotic and wood-loving mushroom species.
