The Nashville Predators kicked off their tough December schedule last night against the New Jersey Devils, one of the best team's in the entire league right now. The Devils showed why they are at the top of the rankings, but the Predators gritted out a big 4-3 overtime win in a game that played out like a Disney sports movie. On today's Locked On Predators, we give you our "one word" to describe the exciting Predators' win in New Jersey. Nick and Ann look at the stats and break down the ebbs and flows of the game. What did the Predators do well to keep the game close enough to tie it up in regulation? We also take a look at the "sung" and "unsung" heroes of the game. Juuse Saros and Ryan Johansen came in clutch for the Preds, but who else's hard work helped earn Nashville a big two points? Finally, we tell you why this thrilling overtime win is a positive indicator for Nashville and how a fast and furious game against the Devils last night could affect the Preds in tonight's matchup against the New York Islanders.
