Nathan Halliday is the Country Manager of Zipmex a crypto exchange that is servicing the needs of people who want to learn more and to buy cryptocurrencies. I’ve been avoiding talking about crypto currencies for most of this podcast series. It’s difficult for me to find a way of explaining them without going down the rabbit holes of block chain and distributed ledgers, but today we have a go with Nathan.

“That's a big part of my mission is to help people understand what they're actually investing in. Certainly as a stock trader you have to research and understand what you're putting your money in even if it's not a huge amount you want to understand what it is and from that you form an opinion as to why you think it's a good investment. And we encourage the same sort of thing in this space so a big part of what we're looking to do is help people understand what all the different coins are. Most people just think of Bitcoin and when you speak of Bitcoin, they're actually referring to the entire cryptocurrency market.”
