Meet Los Dahda who has quite the story of a weed entrepreneur who's case went all the way to the Supreme Court. Los and his twin brother were eventually arrested with 43 other people with over an alleged 8,000 pounds of marijuana funneled through the charged conspiracy. Dahda was sentenced to 17 years in prison. Los become a student of the law, and began fighting his case from prison. Most of the main points he raised had to do with illegal wiretaps. He was able to work his way all the way through the legal system to the Supreme Court of the United States.
