The thickest Yellow Warrior rock wall is presented in the peak day of its formidable wavespell, and maybe in our bodies we are equally solidified instead of fluid. It's been a ten-day stretch of wielding a shield over our hearts, and for some of us this kind of blocked energy feels cold, hard, like wielding a weapon where we would seek to love. It's over imminently and the last three days of the wave form are a welcomed letting go, surrender of arms. Sometimes Spectral energy seems to rob us of our spoils, but instead it can liberate us from tightening tension, or rising too strongly in an ascent that is dizzying or even dangerous. The wavespell that follows is all feeling and watery emotion, liquid release.

1.29.20 - Day 6/13 of the Yellow Warrior wavespell - Resonant Moon 20 *

It's an emotional time, and not for the usual reasons. Yellow Warrior, as an archetype, actually suggests a guarded, unfeeling passage while we prepare for or engage in war. But then there is the battlefield itself, and bearing witness to inevitable violence, sacrifice and suffering. This can elicit tremendous grief. Most of us are caught in surges of defensiveness that can even turn acrid in aggression right now, but few of us are on the precipice of death. Yet we will see death from the sidelines, we're certainly succumbing to that harsh reality and feeling thrown by the losses that accrue. Veer between resolute toughness and waves of devastation. But it's all critical, demanding, rarified in the arisen war time, war zone.

We're in the transformative 3rd week of the Resonant Moon and only days beyond the halfway point of the Mayan solar year. Your intuition and ability to sense truth and right karmic direction is at its most impressive. Enjoy psychic ability and sensitivity, and also cultivate the quietude to attune more deeply to the opportunity of open resonance that defines this time. Being a channel, being vast enough to house the vibrations that travel between earth and the cosmos - this is the function of the Resonant tone. It's my grandfather's Mayan birthday. Do you know your grandparents' Mayan birthdays? Consider making a family tree with the tribe/tone assignations and see if there's someone you especially, spirit-wise descend from. Look at your current and past partners, friends and frenemies, bosses and preferred politicians. It's fun to see the personal Mayan weaving connecting your karma to others. And then when their specific day arises, celebrate them - understand them and your shared relationship through how the day unfolds. It's a living teaching for us and our living relationships to create connection and compassion -  and instruct us not through a written text but in the way we are touched deeply by each other.

1.19.20 - Day 9/13 of the Blue Night wavespell - Resonant Moon 10 *

We will miss this dreamlike time, or rather - don't miss it. It's so fulfilling to be loose, in limbo to fateful twists and turns and non-sequiturs. The Blue Night wavespell pitches to its peak manifestation imminently, falls apart in Red Spectral Skywalker where seemingly we've become the dreamer to such a fever pitch we can live out of body as we wish. I don't know, it's just all my jam. The Resonant Moon adds to the psychic energy and etheric vibe.
