Chlo goes over the 7 main chakras, from what they are responsible for, to where they are located, their associations, signs & symptoms of imbalances and ways to help connect and rebalance them. 

This is my experience on solo van life, I hope this doesn't scare anyone into doing it. I know so many people who absolutely love it but for me, it just wasn't it. Just know that whatever stage of van life you do I am proud of you, and you should be proud too, it's such an amazing achievement no matter how far you get.
