Bio:
My name is Alexus Harrison, WBFF Miss Bikini USA. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and the founder of Lex Level Training. My fitness background started when I was young; I participated in soccer, volleyball, basketball, and track. I went to college to run track and ran for 2 years before deciding to “hang up my cleats”.
Fast forward to now, I am a professional fitness model with the WBFF. I looked to competing as a way for me to keep my “track” shape. Little did I know, it took more discipline to step on stage to compete as a bikini model. Through the trials and tribulations, I managed to become the first African American WBFF Miss Bikini USA.
I firmly believe that you can do anything that you set your mind too. Fitness has challenged me to push beyond my limits and I am here to help others do the same. Regardless of where you started, it’s up to you to take care of the body that takes care of you. YOU CAN, YOU WILL, YOU MUST!
