Ray Cappo is an author, musician, podcaster, orator who has been in such bands as Youth of Today, Shelter and Better Than a Thousand. Ray is a a devout devotee of Hare Krishna and has a podcast called "Wisdom of the Sages" that he publishes frequently. We talked to Ray about his new book and his musical career .
