A few months ago the media announced the nation of Canada would hit a milestone this summer—doctors would kill their one hundred thousandth patient through their medical assistance in dying program. Canada now euthanizes more people than dogs!
Human life is increasingly being treated across the West as of less value than a dog. But, as Christians, we must uphold the sanctity of every human life. We’re all made in God’s image, and we don’t have the authority to decide who lives and who dies.
Yes, because of sin we’ll all die but Jesus came and died in our place so we could have eternal life with him.
