EP 78 | This is not just any cancer story. Pancreatic cancer is typically a “death sentence”, as our guest, Carol Rubatt, states without sugar-coating her own reality.

During the height of the pandemic, Carol, a healthy and active woman, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Accompanied by her own strength, she quickly armed herself with an educated and determined medical team. With the support of her friends and family, Carol had the battle of a lifetime to become cancer free!

She has an attitude towards life that we all need to learn from, and she spreads love and humor wherever she goes.

EP 75 | Change is scary, whether you choose it or not, and that is normal. In this quick episode, we'll talk through the difference between facing change and choosing change.

1. Resisting the change you don’t choose never makes it easier.

2. Growth starts when you stop asking, "why is this happening to me, and start asking, what can this teach me?" 

3. Change can feel better when you accept reality and take action.

Our basement flooded. This felt like a good time to practice my tools, tools that I teach and coach people through. I needed them, too.

In this episode, I'll storytelling of course, but also walk you through key "how-to's" that we all need. The difference, you'll notice, is I am a big fan of allowing us to claim the human experience. Being human is necessary. Laugh, cry, freeze, feel the feelings. Then, take action based on what you actually can control and F the rest.
