Today we dive into the fifth teaching of the Nehemiah series where we will learn about the four essentials that Nehemiah requested of King Artaxerxes. No spoilers here… these same four essentials are also required to rebuild our ruined lives or our own crumbled walls.

Those that frequent this podcast know that part of our unique narrative is that of Pastor Harris’s life.  In this message Pastor Harris reminds us of his own broken walls.  Sadly for him, his walls began to crumble at the early age of four years old when he was abandoned with his two sisters.  He admits that his deep seated fear of rejection from his biological parents and aspects around his adoption constantly weighed on him.  He also had a constant fear of failure both consciously and subconsciously. Pastor Harris walks us through how he was successfully able to build up his protective walls, not only that, but how he rebuilt his walls using those crumbled stones of rejection and failure that lay all around him.

This message that was originally an hour and a half long but has been divided into two parts.  This episode will end after Pastor Harris introduces the last of the four requests Nehemiah asked of King Artaxerxes.  From there we will spend the 6th installment of Nehemiah diving deeper into aspects that surround the fourth request, and the revelation of new and fascinating types and shadows.
