Retired U.S. Army Col. Karl Nell, a staunch UFO disclosure advocate, released a new paper on the SOL Foundation website that calls for disclosure, and suggests further changes to the proposed UAP Disclosure Act, legislation that provides a roadmap for controlled disclosure. Also, it has been reported that a top MUFON official from Colorado has conducted a photo analysis of the 2023 Las Vegas alien video and determined that creatures found in it are legitimately there, and that no signs of image doctoring were discovered.
