  • XXVI — Emilie Baltz on creating experiences

Emilie Baltz is a multi-disciplinary artist, creative director, and educator who uses food as a material and metaphor for creativity and multi-sensory communication. In this episode, Thomas and Emilie talk about how licking and tasting shape you as a person. The role playfulness and technology play in her work, and how having experiences influence the one she creates.
