Glassware anyone? Gabe and Jeff discuss a glasses for beer drinking with a focus on the Speigelau IPA beer glass and the Belgian-stype tulip glass. We compared and contrasted the taste of a Piraat in both glasses and then talked about our experiences with different ways of drinking beer.

Gabe and Jeff discuss collecting, hoarding and making choices about our things as we drink a Brouwerij Lindemans Framboise out of a fancy glass.

Do our objects define us? How long is it OK to keep unopened boxes in your attic after your last move?

Books, vinyl records, beer, board games, digital files — all of these collections serve as reminders of the kind of person we imagine ourselves to be but also serve to tie us to the past, boxing us into our image of a person we have moved on from.

Heady stuff. We probably needed a drink that has more than 2.5% ABV to see us through it but we did our best.

Gabe and Jeff drink a Stone Lcuky Basartd and discuss EDC, the fetishization of objects and buying things good enough to hang on to.

Gabe and Jeff dive into a very bitter, hoppy and palate-destroyingly delicious India Pale Ale from Uinta called Detour.  While they take swigs, they talk about their choice of multimedia solution, Plex, and how it changed the way they watch television and movies as well as how they listen to music.

Gabe and Jeff do a taste comparison between Founder's Breakfast stout and New Holland's Dragon's Milk while discussing how they have their offices set up.  The conversation ranges from standing desks to big monitors to clacky keyboards...  mice... trackpads — you name it.
