A few recording problems crept into this episode but Gabe and Jeff soldier on, drinking an excellent beer by Victory Brewing Company called "Deep Cocoa". At 8.8% ABV it was almost as if it was brewed to make everything ok.

In this episode, the hosts discuss their current iPhones, iOS9, the brand new iPhones 6S and 6S+ and how they use their devices these days. With their phones being such an integral part of their lives for so long, there's a lot to discuss as Apple's platform moves forward.

Nerds on Draft is taking an unexpected break while Jeff recovers from a very serious bicycle accident and subsequent surgery. We'll be back in a few weeks when he's up to recording, even if he can't drink a brewski for a while.

Jeff's newfound appreciation for bikes has taken him interesting places this year. Recently an interesting place was the emergency room at a local hospital because he broke everything in an cycling accident last week.

This episode, recorded pre-crash, was a discussion about how goals affect us at all levels, from "What do I want to do this weekend?" to "Is owning a house such a good idea?". It is an adult topic that required an adult beer - Urthel Samaranth by De Leyerth Brouwerjien.

Between Jeff not being able to drink beer due to pain medication and both hosts having family vacations over the next few weeks, the podcast schedule might suffer a bit but stay tuned. There are a lot of good topics (and beers!) coming up.

Scanning is a key part of creating a paperless office. There's some start-up costs and time but once you get to the other side, you won't know how you got along with out it. That said, there are some good things to know before you jump in and some nice apps to help you once you've made the leap.

Gabe and Jeff talk about all things scanning -- how to get your documents into your computer, what you do with them once they are there, how to organize them so you can find them later and a lot more.
