"The Christian Church was united for the first 1,000 years of its history, but the Pope's 1054 declaration that he commanded all Christian churches, broke that unity."

With these words, James Perloff opened his talk with the Two Mikes. The major result of the Pope's decision was that the Christian Church in eastern Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and Turkey went its own way and practiced a Christianity much more in accord with scripture and the words of God and Jesus. To this day, the Eastern Orthodox Church continues to follow this tradition of a "rigorous obedience to Christ" and a life lead by believers as a campaign to "defeat the self."

Mr. Perloff says that the steadfastness of the Easrtern Church has taught Satan "to know who his worst enemy is." In his new book -- Missing Saints, Missing Miracles -- Mr. \

Perloff found that the Western Church has mostly ignored Orthodox Christianity and so have missed out on the writings and archives that the latter's adherents and clerics have left for history. In that material, Mr. Perloff explains that he found solid evidence that Western Christian church leaders and believers are wrong when they argue that miracles no longer occur.

Indeed, the records of the Orthodox Church are replete with stories of miracles, some of them carried out by human beings. This, he said, was as Jesus said it would be. Pointing to his own miracles Jesus assured his followers that they themselves would carry out such miracles as his so long as they were completely devoted and obedient to Christ and his father, an attitude that is shown by a willingness to give away possession to the poor and to find occasions to pray and meditate on scripture in seclusion. Our discussion with Mr.

Perloff went on for over an hour, and it may lend itself to listening in several sessions. In the latter part of the interview, Mr. Perloff had much to say about America's current dire problems, and that they may not be overcome without divine intervention, which is well worth hearing.

"As welcoming and encouraging as the protest/pro-democracy demonstrations across China are, they do not present an existential threat to the CCP regime." These words were spoken to The Two Mikes' guest Rick Fisher from the International Assessment and Strategy Center (ISAC).

Mr. Fisher is one of the country's most knowledgeable and accurate China analysts. Mr. Fisher said that the CCP has not yet started to crackdown on the demonstrators, but is biding its times while the country's omnipresent cameras and facial recognition equipment do their job, and thereby allow the Chinese police to pursue and punish many of the protestors when the demonstrations have subsided and the world's attention faded.

Mr. Fisher said that the opposition to Covid restrictions alone cannot carry the day for the protestors, but it could be a much different story if the West stopped energy and food exports to China. That action, however, is nowhere on the horizon.

Mr. Fisher did say that the quick spread of the protests across the breadth of China was "curious" and speculated that that fact might suggest that some help from the security services may be going to the demonstrators. He also noted that most successful revolutions require some kind of support -- rhetorical and/or material -- from external sources, but the Western democracy-mongers are now all but silent because they are pro-CCP or in the pay of that regime.

Mr. Fisher had a good many more interesting insights on the threat posed to the United States -- which the Biden regime is ignoring or, perhaps, assisting -- and though this episode is longer than our average, it is very much worth listening to.

"In the Christian religion today there are more lies posing as truth than ever before", Fred Coulter told The Two Mikes to start our discussion.

Mr. Coulter said that God is the truth, and there is no lie in Him, and His truth endures forever. And yet there are numerous lies abounding on such issues as claims that Jesus was really born on December 25th; the contention that Peter was in Rome, but in fact he was never there and he did not found the Roman church; the question of whether the Sabbath is on Saturday or Sunday; and the fact that Christmas was not celebrated for the first three hundred years of Christianity, and only started to be marked as a special date in 325 A.D. when the Emperor Constantine ordered it to be observed.

"Pagan holidays given Christian names," Mr. Coulter added, "does not mean that God approves of the practice or supports it."

In regard to the current moral mess in America and throughout the Christian world, Mr. Coulter argued that the mess emanates from the fact that "lawlessness is deviation from the laws of God”, and there is no morality in any nation that is not founded on the Ten Commandments and the reality of the nation's people both hearing them and following them.

"White people do have legitimate interests," Mr. Jared Taylor told The Two Mikes during our discussion with him.

Mr. Taylor noted that there is a widespread, government-and-media-backed "bubbling-up" of the contention that white people are the source of all the problems in America and that policies should be shaped by recognizing that problem and fixing it.

This issue has been vastly expanded and accelerated by the Biden Administration's policy of assigning blame for so many problems to white people, and to label anyone who supports conservatism or Trump as either a "white nationalist" or a "white supremacist"

Biden and his fellow gangsters surely are trying to cultivate a civil war in this country. Mr. Taylor said, however, that among the country's black population there appears to be a growing dislike for Biden's fomenting of racial animosities. In New York City, for example, both the mayor and the Chancellor of Public Schools -- both black men -- have basically said that integration no longer matters, what matters is the quality of education. This of course is a great heresy to the progressive fascists, but it may well be a route to a win-win situation for blacks and whites and all Americans, as well as better education for all Americans.

Mr. Taylor is always an interesting guest, and our discussion this time was no exception to that rule.

The Two Mikes had the insightful Ed Haugland on the podcast today, and both of us learned a good deal.

Mr. Haugland compellingly argued that, at base, America's political problems can be found in a change of attitude among the republic's public servants, which includes senators, congressmen, bureaucrats at all levels, flag, intelligence, diplomatic, IRS, FBI, and DHS, officers, mayors, councilmen, district attorneys, governors, etc.

Public servants no longer adhere to their oath of office, especially ignoring their responsibility to defend and protect the U.S. Constitution "against enemies foreign and domestic."

American citizens, by and large, are now their servants, people who can be systematically monetarily drained of their incomes, jobs, liberties, voices, and personal independence.

Biden and so many others have been in politics for 40 years, and after entering politics with little or no money are now worth many tens of millions of dollars. These public non-servants have ferociously fed off their citizen servants and have long used their children to fight endless, interventionist, and always lost wars.

The oath of office was seen by the Founders as a means to ensure that appointees who took the oath knew that if they broke it, they would not only suffer material loss -- losing their job, being fined, and being incarcerated -- but would suffer in the afterlife for defying the "so help me God" affirmation with which they closed their oath. The Democrats' decades-long war on Christianity successfully negated the power of the "so help me God" statement and so public servants became exploiters and destroyers of the citizenry.

Mr. Haugland also noted that none of the country's takers of the oath-of-office have lifted a finger to stop the invasion of the United States by 5 million criminal foreigners, creating a situation in which each U.S. state could be supplied with enough unwanted criminals to create five new cities, each of which would have 20,000 people.

Jack Maxey joined The Two Mikes today to comment on the rapidly collapsing net of claims that were made by all Democrats, the Biden administration, and the mainstream media that Hunter Biden's laptop was either a Russian plant or simply that it contained no evidence of wrong-doing.

Mr. Maxey has been working on the laptop issue for two years and has, from the start, said that all of these claims were baloney and were made as much to keep Biden from being removed from the presidency as to protect Hunter.

Mr. Maxey applauded the Republicans for finally getting off the dime and beginning the process of providing Americans with an in-depth and detailed look into the multiple and still ongoing criminal activities -- perhaps even treasonous activities -- of the Biden family and their abettors in the Democratic party and the media.

He did express surprise, though, that the Republicans recent statements and documents about the issue suggests they are still at the start of digesting the pertinent materials, even though they have had multiple copies of Hunter's hard-drive for at least two years.

Mr. Maxey also provided a concise but scathing review of the damage that has been done to the republic, its citizens, and its international reputation but the repeated wars caused by U.S. military interventionism and political meddling overseas.

Criminal governments -- like those of both Bushes, Obama, and Clinton have squandered American power, influence, trustworthiness, and prestige nearly to the point of non-existence.

Today the Two Mikes were delighted to welcome back Bishop Robert E. Smith, Jr. to our podcast.

Bishop Smith explained that those people who conspired to try to kill and maim so many people with the murderous Covid vaccine are sure to earn a pay-back from the Lord for trying to alter human genetics.

He added that he and his congregation refused to wear masks or to stay away from each other during the fake pandemic and they did just fine. They abstained from the mandates, trusted in the Lord, and the Lord did not fail them, a system that should be followed by all Christians.

Bishop Smith also laid fault on many clergy of all Christian denominations for not offering guidance to their congregations that they "take up the shield of faith" to protect themselves and their loved ones from the evil intentions of obvious satanists like Fauci, Gates, Schwab, Harari, and so many others in the medical profession and the U.S. government's health bureaucracy.

The key to life and salvation, Bishop Smith argued, was for every individual "boils down to knowing intimately the person who saved us - Jesus Christ." Most Christians "don't know the resurrected and living Christ" and that is because most Christian clerics do not themselves believe in scripture, Indeed, in many seminaries and schools of divinity in the United States the Bible is of not much importance to those doing the instructing.

Bishop Smith maintained that to successfully fight the man-made afflictions from which American Christians are now suffering they must "act as Scripture requires and eagerly enter into a personal fellowship with Christ."

April Moss investigative Journalist, Host of Face the Facts on Real Americas Voice joined us for a second time to discuss the elections politics, this time focusing on the recent midterm elections in Michigan.

Mrs. Moss was in Michigan before and during the election and said it was hard to understand how a predominantly red state could return the tyranny of Democrat Gretchen Whitmer to power. And yet, shades of 2020, it happened. Mrs. Moss said she drove across the state from east-to-west and saw an overwhelming number of Republican campaign signs on lawns, billboards, and along roads and only very few Democratic ones.

Mrs. Moss also said that the state's America First candidates were starved of campaign funding by the Republican RINO leaders, and that she saw lines of unregistered voters who were permitted to register to vote and then voted after the polls were closed.

What made the Republicans' defeat even more damaging was that three amendments to the state's constitution won approval. The first starts early voting 9 days before election day, allows drop boxes in every area of the state, and requires the state to send every citizen a mail-in ballot. The second extends the state's term limits to 12 years. And the third allows infants to be murdered on the day of their birth; allows youngsters to make sex-change requests and receive the procedures with any notice to or input from their parents; and establishes Michigan as a "sanctuary state for LGBT'ism and abortion”.

Today, The Two Mikes spoke with Anthony Stephen Malone, a former British paratrooper who fought in Afghanistan, worked with CIA there, and has returned to the country since Biden abandoned Kabul in an effort to help extricate Afghans who had worked with NATO forces and had been promised asylum.

During this rescue effort, Mr. Malone was captured by the Taliban and held in an underground prison for 190 days. He was beaten and tortured by the Taliban troops during his incarceration.

Mr. Malone explained that he believes that the West as whole -- and perhaps other areas of the world as well -- will soon realize that Biden's deliberate disaster will increase violence in the country, the region, and in other countries elsewhere.

Mr. Malone said that portions of the $86 billion worth of top-drawer arms left by the U.S. have already been sold to China, Iran, and Russia; that ISIS has purchased weapons from the Taliban, and that Al-Qaeda has set up two training camps in eastern and northern Afghanistan, taking advantage of cave complexes in both areas.

He also reported that China is now operating out of the U.S. strategic air-base north of Kabul at Bagram, and that the Taliban inherited all of the Biometric systems that the U.S. stupidly left behind, so that they now know the names and addresses, and have the pictures, of the tens of thousands of Afghans who helped NATO to fight the Taliban.

Mr. Malone estimated that another civil war would begin in Afghanistan in about a year. Ironically, hours after we completed our discussion with Mr. Malone, the media announced that the Taliban's leader had declared the re-establishment of Afghanistan and an Islam-only nation.
